Founder & Editor-in-Chief
S. N. B. Reddy is a management professional based in Hyderabad, India, with more than two decades of experience across human resources and operations leadership. He founded The Catalyst Horizon in March 2026 with the vision of building a platform centred on inquiry, insights, perspectives, analysis, and responsible commentary.
Holding a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Mr. Reddy brings strategic leadership and a longstanding interest in media and public affairs. He oversees editorial direction, content strategy, and analytical review.

Aditya joined The Catalyst Horizon in 2026. An MBA graduate with over a decade of experience in the media industry, he leads public relations, partnerships, marketing strategy, and brand development initiatives.
